Sarah-Joy Kallós has worked in the employment, career and co-operative education realm for more than a decade. For many of these years, she helped immigrants, refugees and visible minorities navigate the Canadian workplace and be successful finding meaningful employment. Now, she coaches hospitality and tourism co-op students, works closely with the industry and hosts a variety of networking events including the first #LinkedIn Local in Victoria, BC. Sarah-Joy actively brands on LinkedIn including writing, video, story-telling and questioning (some of which turned semi-viral!) and has leveraged this to the benefit of the Hospitality and Tourism School and Co- operative Education and Career Services at Camosun College. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Saskatchewan and is currently pursuing the Provincial Instructor Diploma.
