Nicole has over 15 years of experience in the career development field, including stints as a school support counsellor helping to guide students and as a vocational counsellor helping injured employees re-enter the workforce. Her wealth of knowledge and experience from working with transitioning clients served her very well when she was later appointed as the coordinator of a career centre for military families. She is presently in the position of Assistant Director, Learning and Professional Development at the University of Ottawa. Nicole was the first person in Canada to receive the coveted Certified Resume Writer (CRW) distinction; she is also a Certified Electronic Career Coach (CECC) and an International Job and Career Transition Coach (IJCTC). Her work has appeared in numerous career publications, and she most recently contributed in 2016 to the career book: Find Your Fit – A practical guide to landing a job you’ll love.
